Press Release Body: Author and online education expert, Professor Fred DiUlus vision
to bring online higher education to the world twelve years ago took a different turn
than other online providers. By the end of the 20th Century, he had sowed the seeds
of an academic revolution.

In 2000, DiUlus invented the Transparent Paradigm Technology (TPT). This virtual
classroom platform grew up to become Global Academy Online, today's online
university builder and one of the premier providers of private label curriculum and
instruction for colleges and universities on four continents. The landscape of how
schools may offer and deliver online education was changed forever.

The Academy's system design brings education institutions, regardless of their size,
location, or endowment, an ability to dial up any one of the Academy's online,
transparent, private-label degree programs and adopt them as their own. "The
Academy", DiUlus says, "enables the smallest university to compete with the big boys
for quality online students anywhere in the world." Dr. Larry Brown, the Academy's
Dean of Faculty, also states that "Our faculty and curriculum will put a school in
the game immediately giving small colleges a genuine, financially sound, choice for
entering the competition for scholars worldwide."

LaFonda Oliver-Bowen, the VP of Communications offers that the patent pending system
invented by DiUlus was built on the premise that online education was going to
become the moving force in education in the 21st Century. "Every study that we have
conducted in the past six years", says Oliver-Bowen, "demonstrates unequivocally
that online education is here to stay and is considered as good as, or better than,
the traditional classroom." She goes on to say, "The approval rating is staggering.
Students who have experienced both the traditional classroom and online delivery
prefer the online teaching almost four to one."

DiUlus writes in the 5th edition of his latest book on the 'Best Worst in Online
Degree Programs' that he still finds administrators, even after a decade of
incredible growth in online education, still don't get the significance of online
education. "Perhaps" he says, "they are prejudiced by their own traditional ways and
traditional faculty who don't get it, either." What seems to be the reaction by many
schools is to attack the issue cosmetically. "You can get a pretty good idea of what
a school thinks about how important online education is to them by the link location
for it on their opening web pages."

Without hiring a single new faculty member or investing one dollar in development, a
university, using the Academy's unique system has the ability to add educators and
curriculum online in multiple academic fields. Professor DiUlus concludes, "We give
them the precious time they need to grow up in Online Ed without losing their
competitive edge."

Global Academy Online is headquartered in Washington DC with branch offices in the
United Kingdom, West Africa, China, and Ecuador.
